The spreads indicated depend on market conditions and may widen as a result of news announcements, unexpected events, political uncertainty, or at the end of day and during weekends when liquidity is low. Any spread widening is an action of the market and the Company has no influence over it.

Swaps are based on the interbank interest rates and are subject to the daily adjustments without any prior notice, as those are defined by the various Execution Venues / Liquidity Providers. Swaps on Cryptocurrencies are charged every 4 hours.

Margin Requirements may vary between symbols and size of open volume. In an effort to protect the Company and clients’ funds, the Company at its sole discretion may, and without prior notice, adjust margin requirements prior to any upcoming market events and during any political uncertainty that can pose a threat to financial markets’ stability. Moreover, the Company may extend these amendments for as long as it deems necessary. Additionally, Margin requirements / Leverage may be subject to change as a result of applicable regulations in your country of residence.

Trading Sessions are GMT + 3 (Server Time). The Company, at its sole discretion, may change the Stop Out and Margin Call levels from 50% to 80% respectively, for all accounts, within an hour before the close of the trading session every Friday. Moreover, the Company extend these amendments for as long as it deems necessary after the market opening.

Order execution is Market, therefore all orders are executed at the best available market price through the various execution venues (Liquidity Providers).  All prices received from liquidity providers are aggregated through our execution engine, providing the best market price to clients.
