Any activity that is normally performed through the Client Portal (i.e. funding of e-Wallets, transfer-ins to MT5 Accounts, etc) will be unavailable during the upgrade process. Please therefore ensure that your account has sufficient funds to sustain any open trades and/or pending orders.

No, to make a new deposit, you will be required tocopy the new wallet address otherwise funds will be sent to the Old Portal instead of the New Portal. If money is transferred to a wallet that was linked to the old Client Portal open a ticket to our Support Team to resolve this issue.
