We accept payments only in cryptos. CryptoGT never takes any deposits in Euro, USD or any other Fiat currency.
You can make a deposit in any of the following cryptos:

  • Ripple
If you do not have cryptos, through your Trader Room, you can click a link to take you to a third-party Exchange Service to exchange your Fiat money to crypto. And then, you can come back to CryptoGT to deposit any of the cryptos mentioned above.
It is not compulsory to use the third party Exchange Service available through your Trader Room. You can also go to any crypto exchange around the world to exchange your fiat money to cryptos.

Deposits are processed automatically by our system. A deposit shows in your account once we receive at least one confirmation from the blockchain.
In the unlikely case where you do not see the deposit in your account within 1 hour, please send an email from your account’s email address to support@cryptogt.com with the following information:
  • Amount sent
  • Cryptocurrency used
  • The blockchain transaction ID.
Our support department will look at it immediate and take care of it.
No. Absolutely zero deposit fees for our clients. You only pay any applicable miner fees.
Withdrawals are processed manually 27/4. It can take between a few mins up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal. The reason for processing withdrawals manually is to make sure that all conditions in regards to available balance, closed vs open positions, margin used or protection from spikes in pricing are in normal.

Through your Trader Room, you request withdrawal of the amount of funds you want from your trading accounts. When the request is approved by our back-office department, you will see the funds in your internall wallet. From there, you can send the funds to any of your wallets.

Before you can start trading, if your deposit is more than the equivalent of USD2,000 we will ask for some documentation in line with KYC and anti-money laundering procedures. The documentation will include:
  • Verification of your identity
  • Proof of address documents. 
  • Please note that the company reserves the right to ask for additional documentation at the company's discretion.
Sometimes you will see that there is a very small difference (just a few cents in dollars worth) showing in your wallet. This is because of the miner fees which are compulsory each time a crypto transaction is made. This is not CryptoGT fees. These are fees that the miners take in order for the transaction to execute.
With regard to the time until the completion of the withdrawal procedure, we have received up to 48 hours from the withdrawal request until the withdrawal operation is completed.

For security reasons, we use cold wallet, multi-signature multi-signature remittance authority, and manual remittance work.

Because it is a measure to avoid the risk such as hacking as much as possible and protect the customer's assets in the specification of Crypto currency, we kindly ask for your understanding.
As a payment method, we do not handle legal currency.

If you wish to cancel the withdrawal request, you can cancel it from "History"-> "Withdraw" on the top menu of TraderRoom (members area).

However, please be aware that cancellation will not be possible if withdrawal has been completed.

Because we use cold wallet, multi-signature multi-signature remittance authority, and manual remittance work etc. for security reasons, we have to make a withdrawal after receiving a withdrawal request. Please note that although it takes up to 48 hours to complete, the time to completion will vary depending on the situation.

 
After logging in to TraderRoom (member area), when you click the top menu "History" → transaction history "Deposit", a list of deposits will be displayed.
Among them, when you click “See details” of the deposit you want to check the transaction ID, the blockchain page is displayed.


Similarly, when you click on the transaction history "Withdraw", a list of withdrawals is displayed.

In order to avoid hacking such as unauthorized remittance, we change the wallet address that you receive money at regular intervals.

For security reasons, we can not answer about the specific timing of the change.
When making a payment to us, please confirm the wallet address of the remittance destination once more before remittance.

 
In rare cases, the wallet used by the customer may check the amount different from the amount requested for withdrawal. (Less than $ 1 difference).

This is due to minor fees and is a phenomenon that can occur when a forced transaction occurs.
Therefore, it is not the amount that our CryptoGT will collect, etc. Thank you for your understanding and consent.
For withdrawal requests less than the equivalent of 5 BTC, basically only the wallet address of the customer who receives the withdrawal amount is required as information.

However, if we consider it necessary based on the payment and withdrawal status, transaction status, asset status, etc., we will strengthen AML (anti-money laundering) and ensure compliance. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to submit two points of confirmation documents for your identity and confirmation of your current address even if your payment is less than 5 BTC.

As we describe the details of the above two documents below, please confirm.

In addition, when depositing XRP, be sure to send the “Destination Tag” and XEM with the “Message” attached.
There is a risk that it will disappear if you receive money without the above, so please be careful enough.
From the deposit page in TraderRoom you can issue an eWallet deposit address corresponding to each Crypto currency.
Please be aware that there is a possibility that it will be lost if it is sent using the wallet address of Crypto currency which is not supported.

With regard to BCH and LTC deposits, it may be possible to transfer money after converting the deposit address.
If there is a missing entry in the address tag at the time of XRP remittance, or if there is an incomplete message at the time of XEM remittance, the transaction will not be identified and it will be lost. Please be careful.
CryptoGT only accepts payments in Crypto currency.

We would be happy if you could use the services of another company's Crypto currency exchange or Crypto currency exchange office, acquire our own Crypto currency that is compatible with our deposit, and send it to us.
